@madewithloave: This is the first time I have weighed them after baking & now I am thinking how did they shrink?🤣 -During the mixing process some dough sticks to my hands (minus grams) -Some of it also sticks to my mixing container (minus grams) -Does it also evaporate while cooking? Next time I will weigh the loaf before baking and after it comes out of the oven. Stay tuned!
