In Houston, I would support all highway inbound traffic to pay a nominal toll in the morning. Something equal to the cost of taking the bus from the suburbs. Then we slowly reduce the number of lanes

What I’ve noticed is that bus service is spotty outside of rush hour, if it exists at all. I found that out after a health problem denied me my car.
