Hello friends✨ Here’s everything I made my client for dinner. To start I served a lobster cob salad with a creamy tarragon dressing, crispy oven baked pasture raised bacon, grass-fed raw cheddar cheese, heirloom tomatoes, pasture raised hard boiled eggs, topped with wild caught lobster tail meat that was tossed in lemon juice, mayo, green onions & celery. 🤩 For the main dish I prepared a spring asparagus and green pea risotto topped with a pan seared garlic, butter & lemon Chilean sea bass✨ For dessert I made a frozen hot chocolate topped with a homemade grass-fed no sugar added whipped cream. The frozen hot chocolate was made using dark chocolate with 100% cacao content, collagen powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, raw honey & mineral salt. I froze the “hot chocolate” and blended it all up before serving.
