@sam__batson: One of the biggest things I struggled with at the start of my agency was clients ghosting me after they say yes on a sales call. And it took me some time to realise I had to ASK for the money then and there. Just because someone says yes it doesnt mean theyre genuine. Commitment is a deposit and a contract.
