I’m a color blind hvac service tech. Sometimes it’s a struggle but I make do. Had to learn shades and if all else fails the ohm meter helps

I legit had an apprentice that was color blind. I caught him landing ground to the 3rd phase on an ATS. He couldn’t tell between green and yellows. Safe to say I didn’t let him terminate after that 😂
