How can you get diagnosed for sure either way! I’ve been diagnosed once with ADHD AND once with bipolar (about ten years apart) I’m starting to doubth last and wonder if it’s the first!

when diagnosing a person who menstruates, do you factor in the cyclical mood changes as hormone levels change. Do you also factor in PMDD?

I'm 57 & just recently professionally reevaluated with the results still being bipolar disorder and told definitely ADHD however my moods can definitely change hourly and my symptoms mimic ADHD
