the main argument people who do it have is so they “won’t remember it”, i got mine done at 8 and 15 (also my nose at 18) and literally remember nothing distressing about it now

I had my ears pierced as a baby and they ripped out of my ears right after. It’s a miracle I didn’t scar, but my mom learned and didn’t let me re pierce until I was 7 and begged her
