I think it may have something to do with they our brains great schemas. Blind ppl create them differently than seeing ppl do. Ppl who are schizophrenic maybe have over active schema producing hormones

Maybe it’s in the diagnosis. Maybe since they can’t visually confirm that the voices they hear aren’t just in their head, they believe it. When asked if they hear voices, of course they hear voices
