Coffee Buttercream 😋 Zum Füllen, dekorieren und einstreichen. Den Kaffee kann man auch weg lassen, mit Schokolade oder mit Cremes wie Lotus Creme ersetzten. 6 Eiweiß 200g Zucker 300g weiche Butter Prise Salz 1 EL Kaffee, löslich 1 EL warmes Wasser Zubereitung: 1. Eiweiß, Zucker und Prise Salz in eine Schüssel geben und die Schüssel auf ein Wasserbad stellen. 2. Die Masse erwärmen bis die Zuckerkristalle komplett geschmolzen sind. 3. Dabei die Masse ständig umrühren, ganz wichtig. Die Masse darf nicht zu heiß werden. 4. Wenn der Zucker komplett geschmolzen ist wird das Eiweiß so lange steif geschlagen bis sie wieder komplett abgekühlt ist und die Masse schön steif ist. 5. Die weiche Butter kommt nach und nach dazu und am besten immer nur wenig. 6. Die Masse zerfällt erst und wird wieder flüssiger, später wird die etwas grisselig, einfach kräftig weiter schlagen (am besten in der Küchenmaschine). 7. Wenn das ganze wieder fest geworden und nicht mehr grisselig ist, kommt der Kaffee dazu. 8. Kaffe und warmes Wasser verrühren und in die Buttercreme geben. 9. Kurz kräftig schlagen. 10. Die Buttercreme direkt verarbeiten. 🇬🇧 6 egg whites 200g sugar 300g soft butter pinch of salt 1 tbsp coffee, instant 1 tbsp warm water Preparation: 1. Put the egg whites, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl and place the bowl on a water bath. 2. Heat the mixture until the sugar crystals have completely melted. 3. Stir the mixture constantly, very important. The mixture must not get too hot. 4. When the sugar has completely melted, beat the egg white until it has completely cooled down and the mixture is nice and stiff. 5. The soft butter is added little by little and preferably just a little at a time. 6. The mixture initially breaks down and becomes more liquid again, later it becomes a bit gritty, just continue beating vigorously (preferably in the food processor). 7. When the whole thing has solidified again and is no longer gritty, add the coffee. 8. Mix coffee and warm water and add to the buttercream. 9. Beat briefly and vigorously. 10.
