UHT milk is super common in Australia. the supermarkets have half an aisle dedicated to dairy and alternative long life milks.

This is life changing! Grocery store milk goes bad before we can ever finish it. Can you refrigerate this before opening to make sure it’s cold when you need it?

I'm from Europe, UHT milk is all around, I buy fresh milk for drinking, but for baking, pancakes etc always keep few of UHT, last longer.
