@_bookofelie: After a long day of filming our new @Foodbeast KITCHEN LEAGUE: STREET series we swung by Rappahannock Oyster Bar in Downtown LA to wash back a few pieces of raw things. We opened up on a Tuna Tartare Tower, piled high with tuna, hamachi, salmon, avocado, trout roe, ponzu and what I learned wasn’t decoration…but indeed RICE chips 😂 Then we ordered up a tower of oysters, bay scallops, clams, shrimp, hamachi and ceviche. I wish we had more time to order everything else on the menu…but hopefully back to a @Smorgasburg LA soon to order the rest!
