Ich bin sicher, dass ihr sie auch lieben werdet 😋 Sie ist unglaublich lecker und sieht auch fantastisch aus 🍕 Gebacken im Gozney Dome Steinofen, der mit Gas oder Holz befeuert werden kann, schmeckt die Pizza nochmal umso leckerer 🔥 Teig: 1 kg Mehl 600 ml Wasser 1 Pck. Trockenhefe 1 TL Zucker 1 TL Salz 1 EL Olivenöl Füllung: 1 EL Margarine 2 EL Olivenöl 2 EL Mehl 200 g Sahne 1 Pck. Frischkäse 2 EL Parmesan 2 Knoblauchzehen 1 TL Oregano 1/2 TL schwarzer Pfeffer 400 g Pilze Soße: 4 EL Olivenöl Gehacktes Basilikum 1 Knoblauchzehe Today we made a pizza with white sauce and mushrooms, which I tried once and has been my favorite ever since.
