Those lag bolts have to hang 3/4" off center so the rigid line has an expansion joint. I have 166 years of construction experience.

i think I would have used a larger sonotube for the pier under that huge steel angle you installed so the anchor bolts wouldn't be a 1/2" from the edge of your pier. Chances are it will crack.
