I had braces & I think after braces, I got this problem & 1 thing I personally experienced is that yeah, d side which is bigger works alot.

I have the same thing. TMJ, asymmetrical jaw, popping,clicking, locking...and people feel the need to comment on why my mouth looks crooked. I just want to say, youre beautiful. for me, my jaw is my biggest insecurity, but im learning to deal with it. thank you for sharing, because this info explains a lot of why I also deal with constant headaches too

Deep rabbit hole but your jaw can also be due to hip alignment issues. Depending on which side of the jaw is more forward l, it’s tied to left or right aic.

I got my wisdom teeth removed as an emergency due to all 4 growing into my jaw. since I can't stop cracking my neck and clenching my jaw. my face is asymmetrical and one eye has become super small.
