I did your calorie calculator and i got 2200 cal/day. I plug it in myfitnesspal. I track what i eat. Most veggies, chicken, eggs and fish and fruits. I am losing weight. Beautiful.

Oatmeal is one of the most nutritious foods. Pair it with fat or protein to lower the spike. Pls do more research if you’re trying give advice.
