RECIPE IN CAPTION! 🍩 🍎 GOOD Apple cider donuts are so hard to come by where I live, these are REALLY close! Gluten free, too! Preheat oven 350°. Reduce 1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar to make 1/2c for recipe (let cool before mixing). Mix dry ingredients + wet ingredients. Spray non-stick and pipe batter into donut tray (I used a plastic quart sized bag). Bake 14-15 minutes until the donuts “bounce” back. Once cool, dip both sides in melted butter, top with sugar mix. Best to eat when chilled! 🤌🏼 🍎 Ingredients: 2 cups GF King Arthur flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon apple pie spice (mixture of cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg) 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons butter, melt 1 large egg 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar (can use 1/4c if preferred less sweet) 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 and 1/2 cups apple cider (simmer on low to reduce to 1/2 cup) 🍎 Topping: 1 cup granulated sugar 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice 6 Tablespoons butter, melted 🍎 Apple Pie Spice: 4 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cardamom (Spinoff of @Sally’s Baking recipe) #fallbaking #donuts #bakingtiktok #fallvibes #bakingrecipe
