I don't put mozzarella & parm in my ricotta. I put it on as a layer over the ricotta. So I can pipe the ricotta on with a ziplok bag and get it on evenly w/o having to spread it...works great!

I find with the no bake you have to soak them in sauce at they won’t cook right. Not my fave I’ll go the extra mile and boil
