هل تحب عملية التمكيس؟ اقرا الكابشن طين الحفر (Drilling Mud) هو القلب النابض لأي عملية حفر بئر نفط أو غاز 💓 بدونه ما نقدر نحافظ على استقرار البئر ولا ننظف قاعه. 🔄 دورة حياة طين الحفر: 1️⃣ يبدأ من مضخة الطين (Mud Pump) اللي تضغط الطين بقوة عالية. 2️⃣ يمر عبر الأنبوب القائم (Standpipe) ثم يدخل في الخرطوم (Hose) وصولاً إلى المحرك العلوي (Top Drive). 3️⃣ ينزل الطين داخل أنابيب الحفر (Drill Pipe) حتى يصل لقاع البئر. 4️⃣ يخرج من خلال فتحات الدقاقة (Bit Nozzles) ليبرد الدقاقة وينظفها. 5️⃣ بعدها يندفع الطين إلى الأعلى عبر الفراغ الحلقي (Annulus) حاملًا معه فتات الصخور (Cuttings). 6️⃣ يوصل الطين للسطح ويمر أولاً على الـ Shale Shaker (هزاز الطين) اللي يفصل القطع الصخرية الكبيرة. 7️⃣ الفتات يروح إلى حفرة النفايات (Waste Pit)، بينما الطين النظيف يتجمع في الخزانات النشطة (Active Tanks). 8️⃣ من هناك، يرجع الطين مرة ثانية إلى مضخة الطين وتبدأ الدورة من جديد 🔁 ✨ وظائف أساسية للطين: • تنظيف البئر من الفتات. • موازنة ضغط التكوين (Formation Pressure). • تبريد وتزييت الدقاقة وأدوات قاع البئر. • إعطاء استقرار لجدار البئر. • توفير عينات من الفتات والغازات للتحليل الجيولوجي.
