@mkphototips: Try this FREE product photoshoot idea AT HOME… in 3 easy steps 👀📸 @Canon Australia & New Zealand Step 1 - The Backdrop:
Start off with a piece of coloured cardboard. A t-shirt would do too! You have no idea how many times I’ve used cheap items like this as photography backgrounds 😄 Step 2 - Underwater Effect: Here I’m using two stools to hold up my clear acrylic tray (although you can totally just use a big perspex container). And then I filled it with some water! I don’t normally have an extra pair of hands on me when I’m shooting by myself, so you’ll often see me us stools, chairs, tables, or laundry hampers to prop up my stuff haha. Anything can be a lightstand or tripod if you believe… Step 3 - The Final Shot: In the shadow cast by the water, I placed my product. By creating ripples in the water, you can achieve this beautiful lighting effect that im obsesed with. Using my Canon EOS R50, I took photos of the product from top-down. And WOW…. Underwater vibes lol. You defintiely cant ai generate that hahaha

Camera settings:
A+ mode :) That’s it! It intelligently selects the best settings for you so that I could just focus on getting the shot.
