Try putting the Swiss roll on the same plate as the food you want him to eat, it might encourage him to try it if he has a safe food on the plate

If your worried on his intake.. add some well baby liquid vitamin to his drinks or milk my little boy has additional needs and struggles with food and that’s what dietician told me to use xx

My son has ARFID and did a course and was told aslong as he’s eating something just give him what he wants as he has to trust you with food before he will try new foods! Hope this helps ❤️
