My chihuahua gets them too. I think they are like subaceous filaments. Tiny dirt in the pores. Exfoliate gently and they’ll disappear.

blocked pores i think, gentle scrub in a bath might help but i think it's harmless

Could it just be flecks of mud? Her little belly is so close to the floor. My pap’s ears pick up every thing. They’re often sticky. It’s disconcerting.

My little chihuahua mix gets these on his little pink, bare belly too!! 🥰 His are more in clusters, I always assumed it was just his skin pigment?

Probs because there legs are so short and there so close to floor , so when they go on walks ect there belly gets messy
