I had so much teeth taken out over my teen years cause my mouth is small 😭 I’m 28 and everyone says I’m fine but like bro at one point I 9 teeth taken out at once. I have like 18-19 teeth now

my orthodontist said it was a scam. I'm in my early 30s. she said that it'll just tip my teeth and not cause any actual skeletal expansion. and the risk of damage to the bite and gums is too high
