@starwalkapp: Carnegie Science, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, dropped a press release on February 23, 2024. It announced the discovery of one new moon of Uranus and two new moons of Neptune! In total, Uranus now has 28 moons and Neptune 16. 🤩 The new moons are the faintest ever discovered around these distant planets using ground-based telescopes. Special image processing was required to reveal these elusive objects. 🎞✨ Now say hello to the newest members: S/2023 U1 for Uranus and S/2002 N5 and S/2021 N1 for Neptune. But wait, there's more!
