I understand everyone’s perspective and I honestly thought the same way. Especially when I saw the first scene. But when I prayed, God told me to look at it as a creative person. He told me if God is reclaiming the mountains of heaven, arts and entertainment is one of them. So I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did. This is a vehicle to point to Jesus, regardless of who is playing the characters. Jesus accepts all, that’s the overall message of the series. Not the man playing the character, but to Jesus. It’s an evangelism tool. If some one asks me a question about the series, I just say, well let’s see what the Bible says about it. It’s a show. As my grandma and dad would say, chew the meat and spit out the bones.

That show is actually fully evil. The first scene of the Chosen has a series of Baphomet symbols. It's subtle but it's there.
