Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size. Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface and divide it into 12 portions (about 80 grams per portion). Take a portion of dough and press it flat. Then roll it out into an oval (or a shape of your choice). Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of herb cream cheese on top and garnish with cherry tomatoes, chives, and basil. Let it rise again for 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size. Place the cream cheese bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F). Bake for 12-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time as every oven varies.
