@shmuel_reichman: Thank you Barbra Streisand for speaking up! 🇮🇱 After just receiving the SAG/AFTRA Lifetime Achievement Award, Barbara used that platform to speak out against antisemitism by describing how the founders of Hollywood escaped hatred and programs before coming to America: “Shmuel Gelbfish who changed his name to Samuel Goldwyn, Eliezer Meir who became Louis B Mayer & the four Wonskolazer brothers who became Warner Brothers...all fleeing the prejudice they faced in Europe because of their religion and now, I dream of a world where such prejudice is a thing of the past” Ironically Streisand was presented the award by actor Bradley Cooper who is dating supermodel Gigi Hadid, one of the world’s most prolific critics of Israel who uses her platform of 80 million followers to often spread blood libels and makes unsubstantiated and controversial claims against Israel. Thank you Barbra for speaking up at a time when antisemitism has reached such unprecedented levels!
