I started just making appointments with specialists directly because my insurance allows. My primary takes my BP and temperature and refers me anyway 🙃

Just left my doctors office.they give antibiotics for EVERYTHING.I asked to be referred to a dermatologist for reoccurring eczema on my arms.I got antibiotics-again. getting a band aid not a cure 🗿

Primary care doctors are Jack of all trades, master of none. You have to be pretty smart and knowledgeable to be a primary care doctor.

They r used to that bc HMO insur requires a referral from ur primary b4 u can see another doc but if u have a ppo just google it or just try to use food & herbs to heal urself. Buy the book of herbs.
