use t-gel shampoo, it works wonders! I had so much dandruff and dry flakes like that and in literally 1-2 uses there was such a big difference! Mine was a bit less than urs so u may find that u (1)

I have bad eczema around my cheeks chin and nose it flares up in the wind and is genuinely painful but I use MooGoo it’s a eczema & psoriasis cream mines a blue tube 200g got it in July now December and so much left there is a pink version I think the only difference is scent but if u wanna try that it’s working miracles on my eczema and helps with confidence because it works so fast
