How often do your patience who were wrongly diagnosed with crohns have to come back for treatment on there spine to make the symptoms go away or keep them at bay?

Could a prior back injury be precursor to Crohns? I chipped a piece of my vertebrae from mountain biking before I ever had symptoms. It is in that region of my spine.
