@abc7chicago: Tourist Helicopter Crash Captured on Camera in Medellin Eyewitness video captured the moment a tourist helicopter spun out of control and crashed into a rooftop while trying to land in Medellin, Colombia, on Monday, February 26. Further footage shows the wreckage of the helicopter hanging off the side of the building and emergency services at the scene. The six people on board – four passengers, a pilot, and a copilot – survived the crash, according to officials and local news reports. The occupants escaped largely unscathed but the copilot sustained a broken leg, TeleMedellin reported. The helicopter was attempting to return to the roof of a restaurant from where it launches excursions to sites outside Medellin. Seventy personnel were involved in the rescue operation, authorities said. #news #fyp #helicopter
