for the US people, raw food overseas is HIGHLY regulated. so for raw fish and chicken in Japan, raw beef in Japan and Korea, and raw pork in Germany-

They also eat raw pork in northern Thailand. I will eat raw beef, even raw horsemeat, but not raw pork - too risky.
