@alexkoekies: Ingredients: ✨1 zucchini ✨3 potatoes ✨1 egg ✨70g flour ✨1 red onion ✨1 spring onion ✨100g smoked salmon ✨1 tbsp fine herbs Philadelphia cheese Steps: 1. Wash the zucchini and potatoes and grate them. 2. Wrap them in a clean cloth that you squeeze really hard above the sink to take all the water out 3. Add grated red onion, egg, flour, salt and pepper and mix everything using your hands 4. Heat some olive oil in a pan and form a pizza with your veggie mix 5. Fry for 5’ on each side, on medium heat 6. Top with Philadelphia, smoked salmon and sliced red and spring onions.
