I’m so thankful I rent through private owners. They raise my rent $20 a year. I have lived here for almost ten years so my rent is only $825.

Ours started at 2095 for a 2 bed. Our rent was raised to 2450 after 3 years. We moved out cuz of cost. She lowered it to 1900 for the new listing 🙃
