In Florida the ACH should be above 3 and below 7. Anything below 3ACH requires mechanical ventilation. Is that the same where you located? Or do different rules apply?

You turned a house into a ziplock bag! They need to breathe and you can’t rely on the AC to do all of it. In 5 years invest in mold remediation!

If you're blowing the air out of the house, wouldn't the air coming in from the cracks blow out the foam? And keep it from sealing correctly.

Any ACH over 10, means you are heating the outside.
