An electrical panel is not safe without the NFPR by Phasor. The NFPR device protects against an open neutral line, overvoltages, and spikes. However, the NFPR will not disconnect the power supply in the event of a phase loss (one or two missing phases) it will disconnect strictly in cases of a neutral line disconnection, overvoltage, or voltage spikes!

there's nothing wrong with that. that melted metal and plastic ensure the breaker doesn't accidentally fall out of the panel. 😉
