My dad is on Medicare and has Humana, and was hospitalized at his two week follow up to his gallbladder removal. Humana denied the inpatient treatment bc it wasn’t necessary? Is this legal?

My wife and I same policy same age. I use it a lot she never. My rates went up $40 per month and hers $8 so dont agree with you
