Try loop ear plugs, they are made to block out background noise but you can still hear main sounds like ppl talking to you

I think you developed misophonia throughout the time. Also happened to me. It get's on my nerves if I hear sounds like this. Only in Ramadan I can fully concentrate 🤗

Buy the earplugs for concerts. It filters out unnecessary background noise but can hear the louder sounds like the khutbah

in congregation I was taught you're not supposed to read yourself, you're supposed to listen intently but yh you're not wrong it do be kind of hard to listen w all that background noise
