Trader Joe’s has a similar noodle bowl, but is 1000x better. Problem with Costco version is the noodles are tough, and too long. May try it again, but boil the noodles again before assembling.

I put the noodles in cool water and separate them and drain them. The texture is so much better 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
