The coolant is rusting out the lines from the inside? Sounds like an engineering problem to me. Coolant should not be the cause of rusting. It should also be a lubricant.

I have a 2017 eco diesel just put a new used motor in, ran great then gave me a low oil pressure on the dashboard, it starts up but stalls out, what would it be do you think?

Coolant should never do that. Either they mixed colors or something is leaking into the coolant system.
