I once got cold fries and felt so bad sending them back. The waiter personally did a hot batch for our table and a free top up of drinks. It was nice.

I had to send my steak back cuz I wanted med rare and got well done. I can't eat that but I ate the shrimp. they gave me the perfect med rare steak and a refill on shrimp still felt bad
