I would hire a lawyer to write a single letter. nothing makes companies pay up like law firm stationery.

This story is SO SIMILAR to our experience moving from Texas to Idaho that it is SCARY!!! Different moving company but they “had truck problems” so didn’t show up on the right day.

Never do a moving quote on the phone. They should see you stuff to do the quote and it should be based on weight. You should request a binding quote.

File a claim with the BBB and also your states corporation commission. Then start the arbitration proceedings a lot of time they will settle before it even gets to court.
