Roll day old mac and cheese into balls, and place in freezer for 20 minutes. 2. For breading, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together your egg and hot sauce. 4. In another bowl, crush up doritos. 5. Take cooled mac and cheese balls and dip in flour first, then egg mixture, then cover in dorito crumbs. 6. Fry in oil heated to 350°F for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcrowd. Top with chives and parmesan before serving.
