I’d just go to your local gear retailer and pick out the helmet you like, try on S-XL, and pick. Easy as that.

Just go to a store and try a few on. You’ll know when you compare them back to back which are the best. Scorpion fits my head perfectly while other brands don’t hug my head in all spots

The thing is that every single helmet brand fit different. AGV fits too small on me, scorpion is just right, arai too big etc.. gotta try them on .. measuring my head didn’t help unfortunately.
