Stay Hydrated. I think this is genuinely one of the best ways to keep your performances within training consistent. I'd recommend anywhere between 3-5L of water per day - more if it's warm. Dehydration affects the body's ability to regulate temperature, decreases blood volume, impairs muscle function and reduces overall endurance and strength. Put simply: Training session + being dehydrated = a bad session. Make sure you're hydrated before, during, and after training to make the most out of your session.
