Its a hard habit to break. Emotional dependency, Co dependence, anxious attachment. Same here. Best way to control is just to fight it.. it's hard

It’s true, i notice it happening a lot and the littlest things can change my mood so easily. Then im stuck overthinking abt it and other things.
the real problem is that they notice the slightest changes in someone’s behavior but assume the reason or meaning behind it
