@thelowwastevegan: Vegan birthday party! I had some friends over last weekend for a belated celebration. We had an amazing takeaway from a vegetarian Indian- Namaste in Norwich, they have lots of great vegan options too. To save money I bought ready made rice from Aldi, a few years ago I would have never done this because of rhe waste, but sometimes it can be really useful espcially if you are hosting a big group. We used toilet roll rather than napkins, and used the cups, plates and cutlery we already had to save on waste. I made English garden mocktails as I don’t drink and it was always a favourite.
