Moisturize your skin regularly, stay hydrated, and sleep consistently…(as well as a little bit of exercise and eat well…). Basically, be healthy and have good hygiene, lol. (Also, having a healthy mouth is key to having a healthy gut…and having a healthy gut can prevent acne breakouts…)

It’s crazy. I was just having the worst clothes Commodores and breakouts and I don’t use gritty exfoliators. I’ve been trying to do things a little more gentle. I did this last night with my mad hippie cleanser and followed up with my mad hippie moisturizer and I woke up and my skin is so smooth and supple😭🥹🥰
