Have you ever noticed this pattern? The moment you stop chasing, stop checking in, and stop making yourself constantly available, suddenly he becomes attentive again. More messages. More calls. More effort. Then you lean back in. And somehow, the urgency disappears. His replies slow down and the effort becomes inconsistent. Why? Because sometimes what he is responding to is not your increased value. It is his fear of losing access to you. Sometimes they respond to the possibility that something they had become comfortable with may no longer be available. THE THREE TESTS BEHIND THE PUSH AND PULL 1. THE LOSS TEST When you create distance, he may suddenly wonder: “Am I losing her?” The possibility of losing access can make him notice what he had been taking for granted. But attention triggered by fear of loss is not automatically genuine commitment. Someone can become extremely attentive when they feel you slipping away and still fail to become consistent once they feel secure again. 2. THE EFFORT TEST Sometimes the question is not, “Does he care?” It is: “How little effort can I give while still keeping this relationship?” If inconsistent communication, broken promises, and temporary bursts of attention are repeatedly accepted, consistency can become optional. If every time you pull away he increases his effort, and every time you return he decreases it, crisis starts producing effort while comfort produces complacency. 3. THE COMFORT TEST He notices you are leaving. He becomes attentive. You feel reassured. You move closer again. He feels secure. His urgency fades. Then you feel neglected. You pull away. He notices. He comes closer again. And the cycle starts over. That is the push pull dynamic. But here is the uncomfortable truth: You cannot break a push pull cycle by becoming better at pulling away. Because you are still participating in the same system, only learning how to trigger the chase. THE REAL SOLUTION IS CONSISTENCY!!! Stop rewarding renewed access simply because someone became attentive after almost losing you. Look at what happens AFTER the crisis. Does the effort remain when you are close again? Is his effort there because he values the relationship, or because he fears losing access? This does NOT mean every man who becomes attentive when you pull away is manipulating you. Sometimes distance makes people recognize what they were neglecting. The important thing is what happens next. Real interest should not require you to disappear before you become important. Real consistency does not need dramatic withdrawal. You should not have to prove you can leave to receive the treatment you deserve. The next time someone becomes attentive because you stopped chasing, do not focus only on how strongly they came back. Watch whether they stay!! That is the consistency test. Anyone can increase effort when loss approaches. The real question is whether they maintain it when the relationship feels safe again. That is where genuine investment becomes visible. The dating book goes deeper into the Consistency Test, Effort Test, Boundary Test, Respect Test, and the patterns that keep people trapped in push pull relationships. Stop measuring love by how intensely someone reacts when they are afraid of losing you. Measure it by how consistently they treat you when they know they have you. You deserve attention that does not disappear the moment you stop walking away! #DatingAdvice #RelationshipAdvice #PushPullRelationship #HealthyRelationships #FemaleStandards!

One of the biggest mistakes NCLEX students make is assuming the patient with the scariest diagnosis is always the priority. 👀 That’s exactly what the NCLEX wants you to think. You see diagnoses like: 🫀 Heart Failure 🧠 Stroke 🫁 COPD ❤️‍🩹 Myocardial Infarction …and your eyes immediately go there. But here’s the trap… The NCLEX doesn’t prioritize diagnoses. It prioritizes patient condition. A patient with a serious chronic illness may be stable. Meanwhile, a patient with a less serious diagnosis who suddenly becomes confused, develops respiratory distress, or has a change in level of consciousness may require immediate intervention. That’s why you’ll often hear me say: 🚨 Stop chasing the diagnosis. Start chasing the instability. When you’re answering priority questions, ask yourself: ✔️ Is this finding expected or unexpected? ✔️ Has the patient’s condition suddenly changed? ✔️ Who is at the greatest risk right now? ✔️ Which patient needs me first? Those questions will guide you to the priority patient far more often than focusing on the diagnosis alone. This is the difference between memorizing diseases and developing true clinical judgment. 🚨 This was NCLEX Trap 3 I’m sharing the most common NCLEX traps leading up to my NCLEX Strategy Masterclass, where I’ll teach you how to recognize distractors, identify the priority patient, and confidently choose the most correct answer. 🎀 Comment “CLASS” if you’re ready to stop falling for NCLEX traps and start thinking like the NCLEX. #nursingschool #nclexprep #nclexreview #nursingstudent #NCLEX
