Mason Lampe :
Take the wok ring off. You only put it on when you are using a round bottom wok. The larger burner will have a little more yellow on it because the flame gets bigger.

the regulator pressure at your propane tank might be set too low for this big wok burner

def for a wok. no such thing as a boiling burner, you're making it take longer by having the pot further from the flame

so this is a unique thing samsung started doing with their stoves. the reason why that burner burns stronger is because it's meant to allow you to put big pots on it to cook better.

That particular burner has three orifices… I’m on propane and have the exact same stove. I don’t use the wok holder lol lives in the drawer below

A gas flame appearing yellow or orange in color or behaving with pops of yellow or orange indicates an improper ratio of oxygen for combustion

Look at the size of that burner, it's much larger than the others. I think it's working as intended

as a plumber I would check the pressure of the propane. may need to have the pressure adjusted at the regulator

I work with appliances. Most gas stoves have a burner specifically for faster cooking time. Monogram, cafe, Thermador, and blue star all have that

When you pull off the burner knob in the front, there's a hole. Teeny tiny screwdriver and you can turn down the fuel/flame for each indiv burner.

the orifices are under the burners. looks like that large burner has one for natural gas and not propane. probably missed during assembly/installation
