I have relatively good skin but occasionally get a cystic spot they help incredibly with the pain in my opinion

When I used to have my cystic acne, I don’t cover it up outside and only use pimple patches at home. Every single time, my coworkers points it out and asks why do I have so many. It fucking hurts.
